About Lu

Lu is one of Scottsdale's best known art instructors and an accomplished artist in her own right.  People who have been painting for years seek her out to help them shed their inhibitions, just as she has done in her own work.  Lu's training in Gestalt therapy, together with twenty five years as a Zen Meditation practitioner has qualified her to provide on-site Stress Release sessions for corporate America. Clients include Motorola, Marriott's Camelback Inn, Arthur Andersen & Co. and McDonalds corporation.

Lu paints from the essence of her being.  While it is difficult to identify her style by a single label, one thing is clear... Lu Bellamak has discovered how to paint her feelings.  She has an uncanny ability to make color live and breathe, and her loose and free style gives her work a personality of it's own.

Lu conducts "Paint with Lu" workshops in Scottsdale Arizona, Santa Barbara  California, Las Vegas Nevada, Rocky Point and San Miguel de Alle Mexico.  In Europe, Lu teaches in England, Italy, Greece, Spain and France.  Anyone may participate in any of her workshops, no previous experience is needed.
